Sidney focuses on real property, contract, and business law matters. She has experience representing commercial real estate developers, investors, buyers and sellers. She currently handles contract negotiation, lease drafting, entity structuring, and counsels clients on sales and acquisitions.
While attending Campbell University School of Law, she served in the community law clinic. Prior to attending law school, she graduated from North Carolina State University where she was a member of the NC State Cheerleading team. Sidney is still an enthusiastic Wolfpack fan and enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
