Michael (Mike) currently serves as the chair of the firm's guardianship, elder law, and estate administration departments. His practice focuses on matters heard under the jurisdiction of the clerk of court. Mike has experience appearing in courthouses throughout North Carolina. Prior to joining City of Oaks Law, Mike served as an assistant clerk of court and hearing officer in Wake County.
Mike graduated from Regent University with a Juris Doctorate in Law, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law Studies from Pensacola Christian College. In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and singing in his church choir.
