Grayson serves as a transactional associate. His practice focuses on commercial real estate and business matters. Grayson represents clients in real property transactions as well as business formations, acquisitions, and sales.
Grayson graduated from Boston College Law School, where he worked with the schools civil litigation clinic. He is a native of Wilmington and returned back to North Carolina following his graduation. Aside from being an attorney, Grayson is also an NFLPA certified contract advisor and a registered athlete agent.
